Changsoo Han co-founded Harvest Financial in early 2004, after spending 23 years with AXA Financial, Inc., one of the world’s largest financial services companies.
He holds a FINRA Series 24 Registered Principal designation, a Series 6 and 7 General Securities designation as well as Series 63 and 65 Advisory Services designations with First Allied Securities, Inc. Since 1985, Mr. Han has received significant training in the areas of Retirement Planning, Estate Planning and Investment Planning through American College and Equitable University, in addition to participation in various investment forums, conferences and due diligence meetings. He is a graduate of Sogang University and has served a full tour of duty with the Republic of Korea Army.
Louis F. Barnett, a co-founder of Harvest Financial, provides a wealth of operational experience to the firm. Mr. Barnett has spent over 25 years in the financial and insurance services industry. He holds the FINRA Series 6 and 63 Registrations with First Allied Securities Inc. He also holds a California Insurance License, O575413, for Life, Health, Disability, Property and Casualty. He is an active member of the NAHU (National Association of Health Underwriter), CAHU (California Association of Health Underwriters) and LAAHU (Los Angeles Association of Health Underwriter).
Mr. Barnett joined the Air Force in 1972 and served for 4 years. In 1979 he began his career with Prudential Insurance Company, where he received the coveted Agent of the Year Award in 1980. Mr. Barnett started his multi-line Independent Insurance Agency, Louis Barnett and Associates, in 1982, offering a comprehensive suite of products and services. He was appointed Agent of Record for the Association of Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs, and from 1982 to 1985 his agency provided services for approximately 3500 of their members. In 1984, Mr. Barnett joined the Pioneer Western Services Corporation and in 1985 received the Leaders Award for the State of California.
Peter Han has been in the institutional and retail financial services industry since 1997. Prior to co-founding Harvest Financial, he spent seven years as an investment banker at Duff & Phelps, LLC, where he worked on venture capital, equity and debt private placements and mergers and acquisitions for mid-size corporations. He holds a FINRA Series 24 Registered Principal designation, a Series 7 General Securities designation, as well as a Series 66 Advisory Services designation with First Allied Securities Inc. Mr. Han is also a graduate of Dartmouth College, where he earned a BA degree in Engineering Sciences, with a French Minor.

Edward Yoon has served in the financial services industry since 1994, most recently as Vice President of Investments at UBS. He holds a FINRA Series 7 General Securities and Series 63 and 65 designations with First Allied Securities, Inc. In addition to his responsibilities as a wealth manager, he is a partner of Yoon & Yoon, a real estate development and holding company. Mr. Yoon is a graduate of University of California at Santa Barbara, with a degree in Law and Society.

Richard L. Stevens has been in the financial services industry full-time since 1985, when he joined the Equitable Life Assurance Society. Over a 14 year career at the Equitable, he obtained the professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Registered Financial Consultant. He holds the FINRA Series 22, 6, 62, 63, and 65 designations with First Allied Securities Inc. In 1999, Mr. Stevens transitioned his practice to provide independent advisory services. He joined Harvest Financial in 2005 to strengthen our Estate Planning and Wealth Management practice areas.
